I am open to being corrected, but I don't believe Trump has ever been successful when he has sued others for defamation. However, it's undoubtedly a burden and an expense to be sued for defamation whether Trump's case has any merit or not.

    Curt, you neglected to include his defamation suit against Bill Maher for declaring publicly, live on his TV show, that Trump's father was a baboon.

    He did have pretty good photographic evidence though...

    Actually that wasn’t a defamation lawsuit. Trump sued Maher for failure to fulfill a contract. Maher had said he’d pay a large sum of money for proof Trump didn’t have an orangutan as his parent. Trump lost that case too.

    He's been in the director of a boardroom too long. No one has the balls to raise a question (in the boardroom). He's just used to getting his way. He is a great negotiator, but so was billy cliton (better than his wife). That's why he can't make sense of our court system. If he wants it, it's done. Our system doesn't do that (this is the theoretical "our system.") I'm open to RHIP (rank has it's privileges). Clearly, as much as we "want" a system where everyone has the same rules, as with ALL governments, that's not the case.

    He can also abuse people in public and the media. I wouldn't work for him.

    And curt.... The issue with Mahr. You chalk it up to "yeah, he lost another one so he was guilty, tdstdstdstdstdstds..." I would have been pissed also, if I didn't mistaken for santa by kids.

    I didn’t bring this up as evidence of his guilt. It’s evidence of his hypocrisy. Name anybody who is more litigious than Trump. No political figure weaponizes the legal system more than him.

    I don't think so. You need to look at pedojoe who does the same thing, except he also puts either an end to cases, makes cases slow-walked, or goes after the cases like a rabid dog.

    Nobody "does the same thing" as Trump. It's no surprise that you cannot name a person who is more litigious than Trump.

    You said "trumpster has never had that power". Trump DOES have that power by virtue of his millions to make a career suing people and he's rich enough to fend off lawsuits. He uses the power of his political position to stall trials and avoid seeing the inside of a courtroom(s).

    I despise Trump. I think he's contemptible.

    What has always concerned me is that E Jean could win without any evidence and a very weak accusation by simply accusing someone other people loathe. Reminds one of the post Civil War south, and the KKK.

    I assume that, when the appeal arrives at a court which practices justice, much of this will be reversed...

    ...and, if it ain't, America has become Tammany Hall. Daley's Chicago.

    You asked him to be treated like every other person in the US. This is your wish, not mine. And don't bitch about what YOU asked for.

    Other than pissing you off because he owns you and your life, how does that matter to you? Does that affect you somehow in your daily life (other than control your moods, how you think about others, your rationale for hatred, etc)? I understand we all have people that we don't like, etc. Trumpster doesn't know or care that you exist. How can you allow something to control you like that? It just baffles me.
